HIGH LOAD “HLFC” for clean rooms
Easypharma’s high load false ceiling structure is simple yet highly functional characterised by an innovative monolithic system, ideal for high sterility zones. Years of experience have made it possible to connect a wide pitch flexible hanging system to the flush-fitting of its surface at the bottom, allowing easy mounting of filters and lighting fixtures.
The main element of the system is a sandwich panel consisting of two steel plates pre-coated in RAL 9010 with an insulation that can vary according to demands. The panel is surrounded on all sides by a frame of extruded aluminium which is inserted in the steel plates, rimmed and bevelled, to create the finished panel. In addition to providing rigidity to the panel, it also serves as a housing for the false ceiling bearing structure. This latter feature ensures a uniform 3mm gap between the panels and makes it possible to create a flexible hanging system using a specially designed rail which allows the hangers to slide and avoid, during the installation phase, interferences with the facility systems found in the areas above.

HIGH LOAD FALSE CEILINGS – HL38
High-load false ceiling system with panelling surface-mounted on the load-bearing structure, made from the “T” aluminium profile used for low-load false ceilings. This solution allows you to maintain the classic look of a clean room at a nominal modularity of 600×600 mm /600x1200mm or 600×1200 mm with the performance of a high-load false ceiling. The panelling is made of a 4mm thick HPL sandwich with selected internal insulation of polystyrene or aluminium honeycomb, giving the panel a total thickness of 38mm. A galvanized steel plate blocks the panel ensuring it maintains the same thickness as the aluminium structure, so as to create a flat plane on the load surface. A sturdy hanging system with M10 threaded galvanised steel rods guarantees the declared load capacity.
