Low load “T60”
The structure of the low-load clean room ceilings is made of anodised extruded aluminium profile in natural silver or RAL9010, a 60 mm “T” shape with a double vertical edge closed at the top.
The mullion and transom structures are locked together by die-cast aluminium plates and set-up for anchoring with threaded bar tie-rods, fixed in turn to the supporting frame of the existing structure. An opposing screw is used to adjust the structure. Each panel, chosen according to individual requirements, is fastened to the frame with panel clips and sealed to ensure and maintain the desired pressure in the clean rooms. Structure, panels and lighting fixtures that compose our false ceilings are characterised by a uniform colour – semi-gloss white RAL 9010.
Technical data:
Nominal module dimensions 600×600, 600×1200 and 1200×1200 mm. The modularity is designed to house the filters, grilles and lighting fixtures of all sizes.

Surface-mounted panelling consisting of a 1mm sandwich in pre-coated aluminium RAL 9010, insulated with aluminium honeycomb cells 12 mm. diam. 12mm. Complete with panel-block clips. Finished thickness 10 mm. Fire resistance class = A2-S2-D0 EN 13501-1)
ALB4
Surface-mounted panelling consisting of an ALB (alubond) bi-decor white RAL 9010 (E000) panel. Complete with panel-block clips. Finished thickness 4 mm.
