The “sandwich” panel can be realised with various components both for the external panelling and the internal insulation, which vary according to specific project requirements.
The external panelling of our cleanroom partition walls is available in two different material combinations:
4mm thick solid and high pressure laminate (HPL), or 4mm thick Alubond (ALB) (aluminium composite and extruded polyethylene).
All the cleanroom wall panels are covered with a transparent PVC protective film to prevent damage during the various phases of processing and installation.
The final thickness of the partition wall is 45mm. With a tolerance of just +/- 0.3mm in thickness.
The perimeter of all thecleanroom wall panels is covered and reinforced with an extruded aluminium profile, designed for sequential installation of the partition walls whilst maintaining the fixed and optimal distance between the panels (3mm), preparing it for the sealing phase using neutral transparent silicone mastic.
Easypharma cleanroom partition walls are designed to be integrated with rounded aluminium profiles, either surface-mounted or flush-fitted.
