LED Lighting Systems

We create our lighting system LED panels specifically designed to ensure uniformity in light diffusion in just a few millimetres of thickness. The lighting fixture we propose has a protection rating of IP54 or IP65. The installation of the LED points on the perimeter of the lamp guarantees a homogeneous luminous beam (130° angle) with a diffusing lens. The perimeter frame is made from anodised aluminium which is then powder-coated.

LED for Pharma False Ceilings – LOW LOAD “T60”

The lighting fixtures installed on low-load “T60” false ceilings are positioned on the same aluminium structure, then sealed with neutral white silicone on the clean room side, along the entire perimeter of the lamp. The lighting fixture is mechanically locked with steel springs at the top, to guarantee an absolutely firm position and resistance to overpressure.

CLEAN ROOM side applications

This innovative solution offers numerous advantages:

Improved walkability: given by the total elimination of all the holes to insert the lighting fixtures (only the drivers are found on the walkable side of the false ceiling)
Ease of maintenance: the operator performing maintenance in the technical area above the false ceiling will encounter fewer obstacles to avoid as the lamps are installed externally from inside the room
Rapid installation: it is no longer necessary to drill the panel to insert the frame and the lamp
Free positioning: the position of the lighting fixtures is no longer tied to the intersections between the panels, consequently we can now position the panels wherever desired
No hole: it is no longer necessary to create perforations during the false ceiling production phase, with an enormous advantage in terms of safety and positioning accuracy
Hermetic tightness: total and absolute guarantee of hermetic tightness of the installation of the lighting fixtures, thanks to the absence of holes and a double level of silicon neutral sealing

The lamp is contained in a frame designed by Easypharma, in RAL 9010 white painted extruded aluminium, composed of 2 interlocking profiles. Application of the same on the clean room side. Total protrusion of just 20mm.

Flush-fitting

The lighting fixture is positioned and sealed inside a RAL9010 white painted steel frame. Manufactured by Easypharma with a double T+L structure that guarantees perfect closure of the hole made inside the HLFC panel.
A thick steel cover plate is screwed to and sealed on the walkable side of the false ceiling, ensuring the seal and the walkability of the same as well as ensuring the safety of the operators who will carry out maintenance work in the technical area above.
