self-bearing modular walls are made with a single component class E polyurethane bonding agent. This sandwich panel can be made of different components both in terms of external panelling and internal insulation (see Technical data). Most external panelling is 4 mm solid laminated plastic panelling (consisting of sheets of kraft paper soaked in phenol resin, covered with decorative sheets of melamine paper in standard colours or to order) protected by a transparent pvc film able to prevent any damage during manufacturing and installation phases. The final wall thickness is 45 mm. The perimeter of all panels is covered and reinforced with extruded aluminium profiles, designed for sequential installation and allowing an optimal distance between panels (3 mm) to be maintained, preparing it for sealing with transparent silicon mastic. Easypharma walls are designed for use with rounded aluminium connecting profiles.
